Increase Non-cash Transactions, Bank Jatim Holds Socialization GNNT to 500 teachers.

As an effort to participate in the success of the National Movement of Non-Cash program (GNNT) which has been announced by Bank Indonesia, bankjatim held socialization and Education GNNT to 500 teachers from Surabaya and Gresik in Room Bromo 5th floor bankjatim Central Office, Surabaya (28/8).
The activity is a collaboration between bankjatim with East Java Education Agency in order to recall the importance of using non-cash means of payment (cashless) in any financial transaction.
As we know, the main purpose of launching GNNT by Bank Indonesia is to raise awareness of the whole society of the importance the use of non-cash instruments, especially in conducting any financial transactions or other economic activities, so gradually forming a community or society more use of non-cash instruments (Less Cash Society).
In addition to bringing 500 teachers, in the socialization and education bankjatim also invited the Head of East Java Education Agency Saiful Rahman, Chief Representative of Bank Indonesia's East Java province Beni Siswanto, as well as the Head of Regional Office III  OJK East Java Sukamto.
President Director bankjatim R Soeroso said efforts succeed GNNT program by conducting socialization to teachers is one right step to be more familiar in the community.
"The teacher is an extended arm of the government in providing education to the community, in cooperation with teachers then we expect the benefits of the National Movement of Non-Cash is quickly spread among the public so that the objective to establish Less Cash Society can be achieved well, "please Soeroso.
As for bankjatim itself in an effort to improve products and services based on cash less has been developed to be a superior product, call it an ATM bankjatim, bankjatim Flazz cards, e-samsat, 3366 sms banking, and Internet banking has been able to meet all the needs of customers' financial transactions.
With so many advantages and benefits of this GNNT as such payments are more efficient, safer and provide more protection to consumers, so the next bankjatim will continue to develop products and services towards this less cash system.
