Fund receipt service from Overseas Banks or foreign currency fund receipt from Domestic Banks directed to the Beneficiary's account at Bank Jatim through the SWIFT Telegraphic Transfer mechanism.

  • Product Features
    • Transaction Access: Transactions can be carried out through all Bank Jatim branch offices and sub-branch offices throughout East Java, Jakarta, and Batam.
    • Serving fund transfers in 8 currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, HKD, JPY, CNY.
    • Bank Jatim uses the SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) telecommunications network which allows foreign currency fund transfers to be carried out quickly, safely, and reliably to various countries around the world.
    • Fee charging mechanism: SHA and OUR.
  • Benefits
    • The Remitter/Sender can send money from abroad to Indonesia through Banks or Financial Institutions in various countries by informing the Bank Jatim Account in Indonesia as the Destination Account.
    • "Special rate" for transactions with a minimum equivalent of $2,000.
  • Requirements
    • Be a Bank Jatim customer.
    • For incoming money transfers to Bank Jatim, make sure to use the Bank Jatim Code or Bank Jatim SWIFT Code BJTMIDJAXXX and ensure the recipient's name matches the name recorded in the Bank Jatim system.
    • If there is a difference in the currency type sent with the recipient customer's currency type at Bank Jatim, the funds will be received by the customer according to the currency in the Bank Jatim Account based on the conversion rate applied by Bank Jatim.
    • Not related to any entity or country listed under sanctions.
  • Steps
    • The sender/remitter can visit the nearest Bank or Financial Institution in their home country.
    • The sender must provide the following information to the Fund Sender for the Incoming Transfer process to your Account and ensure the following things:
    • 1. Beneficiary Bank SWIFT CODE (Bank Jatim) BJTMIDJA
    • 2. Ensure the Account Number and Name are not incorrect and match those recorded in the Bank Jatim system.

Outgoing Remittance

Cross-border money transfer service through the SWIFT Telegraphic Transfer mechanism which can be done at all Bank Jatim Branches and Sub-Branches using Savings or Current Account funds.

  • Requirements
    • Delivery operational hours follow branch service hours.
    • Cut-off time for same-day value fund receipt (Indonesian time):
    • USD at 09:00 - 15:00 WIB
    • SGD at 07:00 - 14:00 WIB
    • JPY at 07:00 - 10:00 WIB
    • CNY at 08:00 - 15:00 WIB
    • HKD at 08:00 - 15:00 WIB
    • Not related to any entity or country listed under sanctions.
    • Specifically if there is a foreign exchange conversion to IDR, then PBI No. 18/18/PBI/2016 and PBI No. 18/10/PBI/2016 apply: Transactions with a value above the equivalent of USD 100,000 are required to submit underlying transactions/supporting documents and NPWP (Tax ID).
  • Steps
    • Customers visit the nearest Bank Jatim branch office or sub-branch office.
    • Fill out the money transfer application form and ensure the overseas fund recipient information is complete, such as:
    • Recipient's Name & Account Number
    • Beneficiary Bank SWIFT CODE
    • Correspondent Bank SWIFT CODE of the Beneficiary Bank
    • IBAN Number (specifically for sending funds to Europe which is incorporated in the SEPA / Single Euro Payment Area membership)

Rupiah currency money receipt service from abroad, through Bank Jatim's Partner Remittance Companies (Money Transfer Operators).

      2. A reward worth Rp 75,000 (Seventy-Five Thousand Rupiah) is given to Customers receiving Inbound JConnect Remittance transactions from partner MTOs in the Malaysia and Hong Kong corridors with a minimum transaction of Rp 3,000,000.
      3. Recipients of the "FITRI" Promo Program reward have 1 (one) chance per day.
      4. The transfer of the "FITRI" Promo Program reward to the Customer is received a maximum of D+5 (working days) from the transaction date.
