BPD Aceh Conducts a Comparative Study Regarding E-Samsat in Bank Jatim

E-Samsat, which is defined as the annual vehicle registration attestation services and motor vehicle tax payments and SWDKLLJ (Jasa Raharja) through electronic channel of bankjatim (ATM, PPOB, Mobile Banking and Internet Banking) has attracted the attention of BPD Aceh.
The comparative study which was held in the Arjuna, Bank Jatim Main Office on 2nd floor, Surabaya, Tuesday, February 28, 2017, was attended by bankjatim’s Head of the Division of Dana, Services and Foreign Affairs, Suhariyono and representatives of BPD Aceh, Local Revenue and Traffic Department of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. In this comparative study, BPD Aceh concentrated on the technical and service regarding mechanism of E-Samsat between bankjatim and Local Revenue Department of East Java.
Appropriate and efficient services in collaboration between bankjatim and Local Revenue Department of East Java are intended to reduce the risk of fraud during the process of payment, unlimited time, because people could conduct transaction via the internet as well as reduced queuing time when conduct payment of vehicle tax in the samsat office.
