Located at UPT Balai Latihan Kerja Surabaya, the handover was carried out by bankjatim's Director of Finance, Treasury and Global Services Edi Masrianto to the Head of the East Java Disnakertrans Himawan Estu Bagijo in the Job Market Fair activity.

Edi explained, bankjatim has been mandated by stakeholders not only to produce financials such as dividends, but also to provide value or benefits to the people of East Java. This time we support in the form of an ambulance to facilitate PMI from East Java who are sick to get help quickly. Hopefully it can be useful and bring blessings to all of us," he explained.

Edi emphasized, in addition to providing social support, bankjatim also facilitates PMI financial transactions abroad with the JConnect Remittance application. Not yet the dollars that have reached above 100 million dollars. "That's just in one place Malaysia. Next we will have cooperation with Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. JConnect Remittance is a banking service provided by bankjatim to send money in the form of foreign exchange from abroad to the country. And vice versa. According to Edi, the majority of the purpose of immigrants working abroad is to improve the welfare of their families. Therefore, bankjatim helps Indonesian immigrants to send money to their families in real time for 24 hours through JConnect Remittance. "We hope that the PMI from East Java can be faster and safer in making money transfer transactions between countries," he said.

Meanwhile, Himawan Estu Bagijo expressed his deepest gratitude to bankjatim for the assistance provided.
