In an effort to continuously improve and optimize the performance of the company to become increasing, PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk or bankjatim convening the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) in Isyana Ballroom Hotel Bumi Surabaya, Monday (27/10).
bankjatim EGM 2014 has a single agenda, changes in composition of the Board of the Company related to the change in nomenclature duties and responsibilities of the Board of Directors, especially for the position of Director of Operations and Director of Compliance.
For the position Director of Operations which was originally by Eko Antono replaced to Rudie Hardiono who previously served as the Director of Compliance. While the position Director of Compliance by Rudie Hardiono, since the closing of the bankjatim EGM 2014 has change to Eko Antono.
President Director bankjatim Hadi Sukrianto said that changes of bankjatim management is a way to increase bankjatim performance that is always grow and develop over the years.
"In addition to achieve bankjatim vision, the EGM is one right step to realize that bankjatim as a bank always improved the performance over time," said Hadi.
Even with the same face with the previous format, but with the lineup changes over the functions and responsibilities in the management of bankjatim, Hadi sure it will bring the direct positive effect on the performance bankjatim future.
