Soekarwo, Governor of East Java Province officially declare R. Soeroso as President Director Bank jatim at Gedung Negara Grahadi , Surabaya (9/6). As known on Annual general meeting of shareholders financial year 2014 at Bumi Surabaya Hotel last april, R Soeroso appointeed as President Director of Bank Jatim subtitute Hadi Sukrianto who expired his position. Innaguration R. Soeroso Pelantikan R Soeroso it is also a follow-up from passed fit and proper test from OJK.

Besides declare R.Soeroso as new President Director of Bank Jatim, at the same time Soekarwo also declare and take the vow from Subawi as President Director of Bank UMKM Jawa Timur and other board of Director from the Both.

Now he board of directors Bank Jatim are R. Soeroso (President Director), Su'udi (Middle Business and Corporation Director), Eko Antono (Compliance Director), Rudie Hardiono (Operational Director) and Tony Sudjiaryanto (Agrobisnis and Sharia Business Director).

And while the board of director of Bank UMKM Jawa Timur after innaguration are Subawi (President Director), Drajat Sunaryadi (General Director), Purnomo Hadi W (Operational Director), Bambang Rushadi (marketing Director), dan Sugeng Hariyanto (Compliance Director).

With the new formation from the both of community pride Bank at east java, The Governor hopes both of Banks in addition to prove better performance also be expected to more participate on regional development.

"Both of the Banks have good performance, but important to note for the both back to the duty's. Important to note how far can contribute for regional development and realized people prosperity. Not big margin who looking for, but th people prosperity is the target" said Soekarwo.

At the same time, President Director of Bank Jatim, R.Soeroso said will holding company with Bank UMKM Jatim, Bank Jatim Sharia, and Jamkrida for realize the East java governor mandate.

“In the Principle, we have same goal, we will more participate on region development. Best Step to reached the mandate from Governor, Coordination between Bank Jatim, Bank UMKM Jatim, Jamkrida and make a holding company for be come financial power at East Java and for potential at East Java can be public prosperity” said Soeroso.
