Have A Good Reputation, Bank Jatim Successfully Achieves Corporate Image Award

Achievements for the sake of the continued achievements of written bankjatim in line with the mission to continue to be the best as stated in the tagline "Yang Terbaik Untuk Anda". This time the award is successfully obtained by bankjatim is a Corporate Image Award organized by the Frontier Consulting Group in collaboration with Tempo Media Groupin Jakarta (10/6). The bankjatim award is designated as Excellence in Building and Managing Corporate Image for the category of regional development banks.
Corporate Image Award is the highest award for the company with the best reputation in Indonesia. This award is based on an independent survey conducted by Frontier Consulting Group by involving more than 2,500 respondents from three major cities in Indonesia namely, Jakarta, Medan and Surabaya with a variety of methods. Respondents consisted of Middle Up Executives, investors, journalists and the public.
A survey done by focussing on four dimensions of assessment criteria, namely that reflect quality (Quality), performance (Performance), responsibility (Responsibility), and attractiveness (Attractiveness).
The dimension of the Quality of attributes, i.e. attention to consumers (Customer Care), the product/service is of high quality (High Quality Product or services), the company that can be trusted (Trustworthiness) and innovative Company(Innovativeness).
For the dimensions of Performance consists of two attributes, that is, companies that have opportunities to grow and develop (Company Growth) and a well managed Company (Good Management).
As for the Responsibility dimension also consists of two attributes that is, Companies that care about the environment (Responsibility to the Environment) and companies that have a corporate social responsibility (Social Responsibility).
While on the Attractiveness dimension consists of two attributes, that is, the company is the workplace ideals (Ideal & Admirable Work Place) and the company has qualified employees (Employee Excellence)
Throughout all of the criteria assessed then the set bankjatim has a pretty good image so that managed to earn the award.
President Director of bankjatim R Soeroso said award, Corporate Image Award in the category of regional development banks, this proves that the quality, performance, attractiveness, and bankjatim responsibility for getting enough place in the hearts ofthe stakeholders.
"We just continue to work and strive to provide the best for all. That assessment comes from outside parties i.e. client, community or other stakeholders. As for these awards are appreciation for us so that we can always provide the best it could in the future, "said Soeroso. (pr/med)
