EGM bank jatim in 2013, optimizing performance to be BPD regional champion

With the aim to continuously improve and optimize the performance of the company to be getting better, PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk held a General Meeting Extraordinary Shareholders (EGM) in Isyana Room Hotel Bumi Surabaya on Tuesday (3/9). The agenda at the EGM is the turn of the board of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk, which according to the decision of the Shareholders approved the change of Director of Compliance formerly hold by Suparlan was replaced by Rudie Hardiono who previously served as Corporate Secretary. Then Director of Agribusiness and Sharia formerly hold by Partono was replaced by Tony Sudjiaryanto who previously served as Treasury Division leaders.
Besides approved the change of two the Board of Directors, The EGM also approved the change of independent commissioner who formerly hold by Isnanto was replaced by Subagyo, who are academics from Airlangga Uneversity
Commissioner Bank Jatim Mulyanto said, Bank Jatim management turnover purposes is to continue optimize the performance of the company in order to grow the better. "As a company that has been Go Public, Financial performance is the benchmark for stakeholders to invest. Therefore, it is supposed to optimize the performance of the company we need to improve to be able to take part and meet the challenges of a public company and achieve goals as BPD Regional Champion, "Obviously Mulyanto.
While President Director of Bank Jatim Hadi Sukrianto huge appreciation to the management that replaced. "Thank you Mr. Suparlan and Mr. Partono on performance that has been given so far, said Hadi.
Furthermore, Hadi hope that with this new board of Bank Jatim still able to deliver a positive performance. "With this new board, we ask for prayers and blessings we may still be able to provide maximum performance and is able to pass on a common goal, namely to BPD Regional Champion in 2014," hope Hadi.
