The awards WOW Service Excellence Award (SEA) 2015 Surabaya be held for the sixth time. In this event, bankjatim succeeding to won the title of the best choice of SEA category conventional bank book I & II. Located at Sheraton Hotel Surabaya, 34 company with 12 category get award for best local champion according to the survey and scoring by Markplus Insight (20 /10).
As known Service Excellence Award held as an effort to help the local champion in Surabaya and surrounding areas in marketing brand to the wider and considered really have service is quite good and is measured by customer satisfaction based on five dimensions the clarity of communication, favorability of brand, accessibility of channel, suitability of offering and quality of service.
The SEA 2015 is given directly by chief operating officer markplus, inc. Jacky Mussry to the Director of Compliance bankjatim Eko Antono.

The event also held a seminar themed turning complain into WOW! - The Art of Delighting Angry Customers by Jacky Mussry. Where the seminar would be increase in learning and knowledge companies about how face and resolution of complaints customers with good.
The winner WOW SEA 2015 being proud of their region because has given optimal service to customers. The award is expected to become an example for other companies to improve their service.
