Bank Jatim Sweeps Eight Awards Simultaneously at the 14th Infobank – Isentia Digital Brand Recognition 2025.

JAKARTA, March 20, 2025. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (Bank Jatim) successfully swept eight awards at once during the 14th Infobank – Isentia Digital Brand Recognition 2025. The event, organized by Infobank magazine and Isentia (a media monitoring company from Australia), took place at the Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta on Thursday (22/3). This prestigious recognition was presented by the Chairman of Infobank Media Group, Eko B. Supriyanto, to Bank Jatim’s SEVP of Consumer Banking, Hermita, and AVP of Corporate Communications, Mi’roj Subhanto.

The President Director of Bank Jatim, Busrul Iman, expressed his gratitude to all parties who have consistently placed their trust in Bank Jatim's products and services. He stated that this is the result of the hard work of all Bank Jatim employees. According to him, these awards serve as appreciation for the transformation steps the company has undertaken.

Busrul stated that a solid business foundation, supported by reliable information technology, is Bank Jatim's primary advantage in facing competition within the banking sector. Furthermore, sustainable innovation is one of the keys to Bank Jatim’s success—not only regarding products and services but also in terms of Good Corporate Governance.
“This recognition from Infobank encourages us to keep innovating. As a bank that is adaptive to change, Bank Jatim has proven capable of maintaining stable growth amidst various economic challenges,” he asserted.
With this achievement, Busrul continued, Bank Jatim is increasingly optimistic about continuing to grow and providing innovative, technology-based banking services to support regional and national economic growth. Bank Jatim's performance until the end of 2024 was quite positive. In terms of net profit, Bank Jatim (bank only) throughout 2024 successfully reached IDR 1.28 trillion. This figure managed to become the largest net profit among all Regional Development Banks (BPD) across Indonesia.
On the same occasion, Eko B. Supriyanto added that digital brand research is conducted to increase awareness regarding new branding strategies needed in the digital era. Currently, digital interaction has a major influence on consumer perception.
“A company’s online reputation can be a determinant of success or failure. Online media plays a vital role as a very large and powerful source of data. Social media can also be used as an interactive customer service channel,” he said.
The 14th Infobank-Isentia Digital Brand Award 2025 was preceded by a Sharing From Visionary Leaders session titled “Business Vision in Global Divergences,” featuring Ridha D.M. Wirakusumah, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Investment Authority, as the speaker.
