Bank Jatim again furnish ambulance assistance in the form of Corporate Social Responcibility Program (CSR), this time the ambulance assistance provided to the Disaster Response Team (Tagana). In a symbolic handover of ambulance assistance was given by the Managing Director of Bank Jatim Hadi Sukrianto to Head of Social Service of East Java Province Sujono, Which conducted at the IX Tagana anniversary of East Java held at the Islamic Center of Surabaya (6/6).

Tagana are a group of volunteers who spearhead the Social Services is ready to help victims of natural disasters, especially in East Java. They work with a team resque to evacuate people affected by natural disasters such as floods and so on.

"Ambulance cars are very useful for Tagana in order to carry out of humanity tasks, bringing disaster victims who were injured to the nearest hospital for immediate medical care received, "said Sujono.
The ambulance handover is one part of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) Jatim Bank Main Branch budget in 2013. Previous Main Branch has handed to the Sky Walker Department of Hygiene and (DKP) Surabaya, then handed over the patient's bed supplies for two hospitals in Surabaya.
Main Branch leader Hadi Santoso said it has used CSR funds in accordance with government requirements in Surabaya. "In total approximately Rp 1.5 billion, the largest was the purchase of a working vehicle Sky Walker is worth about eight hundred million more, then ambulance to Tagana,'' he explained.

In 2013, Bank Jatim CSR budget of Rp 15 billion. Utilization of the company's social fund programs aimed at education, improvement of facilities and infrastructure, socio-cultural and health. The majority of the budget is used in accordance with the program the city / districts of East Java. (adm)
