PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (bankjatim) managed to make achievements at the beginning of 2023. This time bankjatim managed to start 2023 by winning an award in the 6th Infobank MRI Satisfaction, Loyalty, Engagement And Corporate Reputation Award 2022, organized by Infobank in collaboration with MRI. No half-hearted, bankjatim won first place in 7 (seven) categories of Regional Development Bank Group.
The awards received by bankjatim include the first rank of Engagement Index 2023, first rank of Satisfaction Index 2023, first rank of Satisfaction Index 2023 Customer Service, first rank of Satisfaction Index 2023 Teller, first rank of Satisfaction Index 2023 Branch Office, first rank of Satisfaction Index 2023 ATM, and first rank of Satisfaction Index 2023 Mobile Banking.
