Bank Jatim And BPN Of East Java Simplify Public to Certification Land Rights

In facilitating public for improve land rights and as proof of ownership of the land is legally recognized, bankjatim with Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) of East Java Province signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) about Certification of Land Rights East Java Province at the office of Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) East Java Province, Jl. Tunjungan no. 80 Surabaya (10/01).
The signing of the MoU Certification of Land Rights East Java Province directly carried by President Director of bankjatim, R. Soeroso with The Director of Agribusiness and Sharia Business of bankjatim, Tony Sudjiaryanto and The Head of Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) of East Java Province, Muchtar. Also present at the event, The Minister of Agrarian and Spatial, Ferry Mursyidan Baldan with The Head office of BPN Regional Gerbang Kertosusilopas (Gresik, Bangkalan, Mojokerto, Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Pasuruan Lamongan).
Started at 06.00 a.m, the event was opened by the contemporary music group 'Sabrang' and followed by Patrol musical entertainment. Before the core of signing the MoU starts, invitees that attend and the society following the morning exercise together. It is for attracting the public interest for the implementation of this event.
President Director of bankjatim, R. Soeroso said that the signing of the MoU is to facilitate of customer bankjatim for the future.
"With the signing of the MoU Certification of Land Rights East Java between bankjatim and Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) East Java Province, public can more easily carry out the arrangement of the land certificate. Furthermore, it can be used as a certificate of compliance the term if the customer applying for loan in bankjatim for additional capital of the business, because land certificates can be used as collateral to access the banking "said R. Besides the signing of this MoU, BPN of East Java province also held a delivery service. Delivery Service mechanism is started by the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial, Ferry Mursyidan Baldan around visiting service booth and direct dialogue with visitors that are present while handing certificates in the booth. Besides being entertained by the contemporary music, visitors are also entertained by performances from Acoustic Entertainment By Recoustic. At the end of the event, visitors are entertained again by Sabrang contemporary music group.
