Download / Open M-Paspor
Download and open the M-Paspor application on your smartphone.

Log In
Enter your M-Paspor account email and password.

Select "Application Submission"
Select the "Application Submission" menu on the homepage.

Fill Data & Upload
Fill in applicant's personal data and upload the required supporting documents.

Select Payment Method
Once data is complete, select the "Payment Method" menu.

Select Bank Jatim Virtual Account
Select "Bank Jatim Virtual Account" during M-Paspor app checkout.

Pay via JConnect / ATM
Complete payment through JConnect Mobile or Bank Jatim ATM.

Transaction Complete
Transaction successful, your passport is ready to be processed further!
