How to Participate
- Make sure you are a user of the JConnect application.
- Make an OVO or GoPay Top Up transaction through New JConnect Mobile.
- Make sure the Top Up amount meets the minimum requirement of Rp100,000.
- Cashback will be provided according to the program terms, at 17%, up to a maximum of Rp17,000 per transaction.
- Each customer can receive cashback up to 3 times for OVO Top Up and 3 times for GoPay Top Up during the program period.
Cashback Distribution Mechanism
- Cashback is provided at 17%, up to a maximum of Rp17,000 per transaction.
- Cashback applies to both OVO Top Up and GoPay Top Up transactions.
- Each customer is eligible for cashback up to 3 times for OVO Top Up and 3 times for GoPay Top Up during the program period.
- Cashback credited to the OVO and GoPay balance will be provided on the same day after a successful Top Up transaction or credited to the Savings Account within a maximum of 7 days (D+7).
Program Quota
Total cashback quota: maximum Rp50,000,000
- Applicable only to Top Up denominations of at least Rp100,000.
- Maximum daily quota of 150 OVO transactions.
- Maximum daily quota of 150 GoPay transactions.
Terms and Conditions
- The program is available to users of the JConnect application.
- The program is valid from August 21–31, 2026.
- Cashback is 17%, up to a maximum of Rp17,000 per transaction.
- Top Up transactions participating in the program must meet the minimum denomination of Rp100,000.
- Each customer is eligible for cashback up to 3 times for OVO and 3 times for GoPay during the program period.
- The program quota is limited, with a total maximum cashback of Rp50,000,000.
- The maximum daily quota is 150 OVO transactions and 150 GoPay transactions.
- Cashback will be provided according to the applicable cashback distribution mechanism.
Important Information
- Make sure your OVO or GoPay Top Up transaction is successfully completed through the JConnect application.
- Cashback will be provided according to the specified percentage and maximum limit.
- Please pay attention to the daily program quota, as the number of transactions eligible for cashback is limited.
- Cashback is available while the program quota remains available and subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
