Merchant Registration Procedure

1. Customers access Bank Jatim's website to download the Jatimcode QRIS merchant registration form at http://bit.ly/fdmQRIS so that they can fill in the data;
2. If the Customer has filled out the form and completed the documents, the Customer can submit it to the nearest Bank Jatim Branch;
3. Bank Jatim officials will process the registration according to procedure;
4. Customers can use the QRIS Jatimcode after getting a QR from the Bank Jatim officer
