SURABAYA, March 4, 2024. As a form of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (bankjatim)'s support for the East Java Provincial Government's program called JATIM BEJO (East Java Shopping Online), the issuer with the code BJTM on Monday (4/3) has signed two agreements at once with the East Java Provincial Government and CV Gratis Ongkir in the Semeru Room of bankjatim Head Office. and witnessed directly by bankjatim Independent Commissioner Muhammad Mas'ud on Friday (1/3).
First, the Cooperation Agreement (PKS) between bankjatim and CV Gratis Ongkir on the Development and Management of Banking Services on the Procurement of Goods / Services of Local Government Through Marketplace Gratis Ongkir. The agreement was signed by bankjatim Micro, Retail, and Medium Director R. Arief Wicaksono and CV Gratis Ongkir Director Haryopramandito Nandastun Irawan.
Secondly, the Technical Agreement between bankjatim and the East Java Provincial Government and CV Gratis Ongkir on the Utilization of bankjatim Banking Products in the Jatim Bejo Program in East Java Province through the Gratis Ongkir Online Store. The agreement was signed by the Head of the Goods / Services Procurement Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Java Province Endy Alim Abdi Nusa, Director of Micro, Retail and Medium bankjatim R. Arief Wicaksono, and Director of CV Gratis Ongkir Haryopramandito Nandastun Irawan.
While Jatim Bejo is one way of digital optimization in terms of utilizing online stores for the procurement of government goods / services in East Java Province. It is also an effort to increase the participation of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) and at the same time maintain transparency and accountability in the procurement of goods / services. "Well, the purpose of the technical agreement itself, one of which is to facilitate the utilization of bankjatim banking products for the procurement of government goods / services and MSEs and cooperatives with the e-purchasing method through the online store of the Government Goods / Services Procurement Policy Agency (LKPP)," said Arief.
He explained, the scope of the technical agreement is quite broad. Among other things, the use of the Free Ongkir online store platform, consulting services and assistance regarding the procedures for procurement of goods / services through the Free Ongkir platform, to the use of bankjatim banking products in the Jatim Bejo program. "The provincial government will provide data support or information needed by CV Gratis Ongkir and bankjatim in the context of utilizing the Gratis Ongkir online store. In addition, the Provincial Government together with Gratis Ongkir and bankjatim will also massively conduct socialization, training, and mentoring to all users of the Gratis Ongkir platform in the procurement of goods / services of the East Java Provincial Government," explained Arief.
Therefore, the provincial government will also provide support to all users of the Free Ongkir platform.
Therefore, with this technical agreement, bankjatim will manage all payments in the process of goods / services procurement transactions through the Free Ongkir online store within the local government. Both for the payment process for ordinary transactions and credit repayment payments for debtors.
"Later, providers of goods / services before utilizing bankjatim banking products, must first have a bankjatim account and be domiciled in the East Java region registered in the Free Shipping store. After that, they can only submit a platform / limit for utilizing bankjatim banking products through Free Shipping and can immediately utilize bankjatim banking products in the form of Purchase order (PO) Financing, "he added.
Providers of goods/services that utilize KUR PO Financing must first fill out a form in the loan menu on the Free Ongkir platform which will be connected to the KUR PO Financing application owned by bankjatim. "Providers of goods/services who have received orders through the Free Shipping online store can take advantage of bankjatim's banking products in the form of PO Financing," added Arief.
According to Arief, the existence of the platform is the reason why the KUR PO Financing application was launched.
