Never-ending story of the struggle of a RA Kartini, a figure known as the hero of emancipation has taken a special place in our hearts with all the ideals, determination, and sacrifice.
Born in Jepara 21 April 1879, RA Kartini grow as a fighter resurrection Indonesian women from the shackles of discrimination were so lumpy his day. For the services and sacrifices of Kartini then every April 21 is often celebrated as Kartini's day by filling with a variety of activities or events in order to honor the heroes of emancipation. One of them as has been done by bankjatim, which publishes rules wearing kebaya for female employees particularly for frontliner officers on Tuesday (21/4).
Human Resources Division Leader bankjatim Harjuni said the rule is as a form of respect to the R.A Kartini, bankjatim predefined in the Circular and implemented by all Branches bankjatim.
"To commemorate Kartini it has been regulated in a circular that all service bankjatim annually wear kebaya especially for women employees bankjatim, "he explained.
Besides as a form of respect on the merit of Kartini with the wear kebaya, bankjatim also try to provide something different to customers, it is intended to be always close and provide the best service to customers. (cap)
