The meaning of education till today remains the most important for the next generation, because we are aware that education is one of the main factors supporting the advancement of this nation.

In the CSR, bankjatim committed to participate in the sustainable economic development to improve the quality of life and environment that are beneficial, both for the company itself, the local community and society in general.
As for the education is one of the most important elements of the three other fields bankjatim noticed in other CSR programs such as culture, health and social environment, which is managed by the local community and society subjects are realized in the a variety of activities that are included in various programs directed.

- School buses in Malang and Gresik,
- Banking education activities in Surabaya,
- Assistance laboratory equipment for MTs Badrussalam Surabaya,
- Educational facilities for Akbid Muhammadiyah Kediri,
- Repairs of Smart home Pacitan,
- Repairs drainage system in SMPN 1 Sumenep.
Director of Operations bankjatim Rudie Hardiono says that education is one of the commitments bankjatim in the distribution of CSR. "ankjatim always prioritize education as a part that should always be in support through the CSR program, it has been our commitment to advancing education in order to continue to get better and more advanced," said Rudie.
In total, during in 2014 bankjatim CSR has disbursed Rp 15.47 billion. Besides, in the the field of education, CSR funds are also distributed in other areas such as social and environmental Rp 8, 67 billion, culture Rp 538 million and the health sector Rp 4.21 billion.
