To be the company that developed and able to meet the challenges, a company should have a good work culture. It is really a concern for bankjatim in running the company. Not only as a profit-oriented company, but more than that bankjatim also very concerned about the sustainability of the company to measure the performance of existing systems currently with the dynamics of a growing business.

Upon consideration of the Saturday (31/1) bankjatim Human Resources Division in cooperation with Daya Dimensi Indonesia held a "Culture Summit bankjatim  2015" with the theme Fostering Cultural Organizations having Competitiveness and High Performance. The event was attended by various levels of positions ranging from the level of top management as the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, to the Division Leader, Branch Manager, Supervisor, employees and security guards Selected.

Taking place on the 5th floor room Bromo bankjatim Head Office Jl. Basuki Rahmat 98-104 Surabaya, events bankjatim Culture Summit 2015 held a full day it was made with a classical system and the delivery of content through a variety of exciting games between groups. This method is intended to build communication and cohesiveness among the participants.

Generally Culture Summit bankjatim 2015 there are three stages, namely diagnostic, development, and measurement. The stages that have been passed so far is the diagnosis of the problem, the next will be the establishment of work culture that is in accordance with the needs of bankjatim currently, and the latter to the measurement of the extent of work culture in bankjatim will be able to survive and competitive with the circumstances existing business.

Work culture is the differentiator between a company with another company. Advanced Company definately has a strong corporate culture. While the company is weak, it certainly does not have it. In other words, the corporate culture can be regarded as the company's strategy to win the competition in the market.

Through Culture Summit bankjatim 2015, is expected to be establish and strengthen the work culture each human resources in bankjatim, as the basic act and behave, as well as being a unifying movement and steps for each element are in the business line bankjatim to be able to continue to grow following the development of the banking industry.
