Bank Jatim Receive Comparative Study of Regional Development Bank Bali

bankjatim again received a visit from a fellow Regional Development Bank. After early last year received a comparative study of Bank Kalsel, this time bankjatim welcomes a similar visit from Bank Bali were present at the headquarters bankjatim Jl. Basuki Rahmat 98-104 Surabaya, Friday (20/2).

Besides aiming for capacity building for employees, a comparative study of Bank Bali also aims to support the program government in accelerating the development of inclusive finance. For that Bank Bali divide comparative studies focus on bankjatim to related divisions such as HR Division, Agribusiness and Retail Credit and Medium Enterprises and Corporate Credit.

Related to Human Resources Division are closely linked to the establishment of capacity building for employees, a meeting between bankjatim and Bank Bali is focused to discuss about how to build a human resources professional and have integrity and a good work ethic on the basis of competence.

In terms of capacity building, bankjatim has implemented key competencies that must-have for all employees / any existing organizational functions, not limited to the level and status of certain positions which are must meet three criterion that is integrity, customer focus, and impact.

System of competency-based performance management is one of the strategic management tool, which can help employees to work better in order to achieve the vision and mission bankjatim.

While the comparative study on the credit division, is discussed how to implement and succeed the financial inclusion program currently encouraged the Government in order to accelerate the expansion of access to financial services for the whole society.

As is known the government's economic development program is now more oriented towards economic growth in the small and medium sector, it is encouraging banks to be able to reach the community at that level. One is through the empowerment and development of MSME sector economic agents with
productive lending.

Since established in 2014 ago, the microcredit bankjatim has been able to give a considerable impact on regional economic growth and sustainability bankjatim overall good performance.

Until the end of 2014 the microcredit bankjatim has been able to distribute productive loans to 1229 customers with outstanding credit to Rp 264.081 billion. This figure is expected to grow in line with the seriousness bankjatim in increasing the number of networks of micro units in 2015.
